Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder (born Winona Laura Hornowitz) was born in Winona Minnesota. Her parents named their daughter after her hometown. Michel Horowitz is her father and Cynthia Palmer is her mother. Ryder's dad was born into the Jewish family. Ryder considers her self Jewish. She has two younger half-siblings, Jubal and Sunyata. Ryder relocated with her family to Mendocino County California at the age of seven. In those days, there were no electric lights. Ryder, who loved reading at the age of 12 became a book worm due to the fact that Ryder had no access to television. Ryder, then 12, was enrolled in the American Conservatory Theatre for acting classes in 1983. Lucas the film, which was released in 1986, was her first major character. Ryder was 15 when she got it. Ryder was bullied in high school. Her professional acting, she believed to help, could have helped her. Unfortunately that didn't come to be. However, it didn't stop her from following her dreams. Her breakthrough came in 1988 with Tim Burton's Beetlejuice. Ryder kept playing successful roles in various films. In 1993, he was nominated twice for Academy Awards.
