Suzanne Pleshette, an American actress and voice artist. Through her nearly five-decade-long career she had amassed hundreds of credits on her resume. Pleshette was born in New York and began her acting career on stage. In later years, she made the gradual shift to the screen. Her most well-known movies include 'Rome Adventure', 'The Birds', 'Fate is the Hunter','If It's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium as well as 'Support Your Local Gunfighter'. Alongside her film roles, she has played in many TV movies as well as shows. She has been nominated four time for Emmy Awards and twice for Golden Globe Awards. Two times she was nominated, Pleshette won the Laurel Award in 1963 for the film 'The Birds'. Pleshette passed away in 2008, was awarded a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
