Hannah Dominique E. John Kamen was born in England. Her most well-known roles include roles as Dutch in the Syfy television show Killjoys, Ornela in the HBO series Game of Thrones, F'Nale Zandor in Steven Spielberg's Ready Player One, and Ghost in Ant-Man and the Wasp. Hannah was the eldest child born to a Nigerian fashion model as well as a Norwegian father of forensic psychology in Beverley. Hannah was a student at Kirk Ella Primary School and Hull Collegiate School for her secondary education. Hannah also completed her training at London's National Youth Theatre. In 2012, John-Kamen received her diploma from Central School of Speech and Drama. John-Kamen's career in the field began in 2011 when she was voiced by Dark Souls for video games. Later, she would appear in episode of the television series Misfits (2012), Black Mirror (2012), Whitechapel (2013), The Syndicate (2013), The Midnight Beast (2014) as well as The Hour (2015). in 2012 John-Kamen landed the lead role in the role of Viva In Viva Forever the West End musical based on the hits from the Spice Girls. Viva Forever is a musical written and produced by Judy Craymer. It premiered on December 12, 2012 at Piccadilly Theatre. Reviews were largely critical. The Daily Mirror praised John Kamens for his performances. The Daily Mirror stated, "It's a pity that a talent cast - especially Hannah John Kamens' Viva and Eternity - are letdown by a cliched narrative and leaden dialect." The show ended on the 29th of June, 2013. John-Kamen got a major role on SyFy's Killjoys in the year 2015. In 2016 she had a guest starring role in HBO's Game of Thrones. John-Kamen was a guest star in the episode from Black Mirror, "Playtest". Additionally, she was a part of the second season of the UK television show The Tunnel and portrayed Ghost in the movie Ant-Man and the Wasp.
